yea, i don't think that was staged. If you've ever got the chance to be on a set like that, the lights are blinding and you can't exactly tell where they are

So the Pats underinflated some footballs to make them easier to throw and catch with the intent to give themselves a competitive advantage and the penalty is nothing because Goodell and Kraft are buddies.
