OT juiceheads: raw egg discussion

Any of my fellow Ronnie's out there down raw eggs on the reg? I always hear about the real serious guys eating raw eggs and boiled chicken breast and shite. What does a raw egg taste like? I'm not really gonna get salmonella, huh?

I'm pretty sure back in the day people though denaturing proteins by cooking them made them not as good as they were before. But then I'm pretty sure that's not true who so the frick knows

eat them cooked. cooked eggs are one of the most bio-available foods when cooked...raw eggs are only around 60% or so. Now, I will use some raw egg whites in some shakes though.

I get egg whites from the store and drink them or mix with protein shakes. They aren't bad.
