Yeah, this is why it's great in shakes. Very low calories, only 3g of fat per serving (and they aren't bad fat calories), lots of anti-oxidants, and vitamins. Add protien powder to it makes for a great nutrient choice.

i drink milk to make coffee less hot so i can drink it more quickly, and as an ingredient in dishes

almond milk has fewer calories than regular milk while having similar protein and more calcium

It tastes good and doesn't cause cancer/mimic estrogen like Soy does.

Fewer calories yes, but way less protein and calcium (unless added in).

not sure if trolling.

It's a decent item to utilize for long term health.

And it can last 3 weeks to a month in the fridge (but it always goes way faster than that in my place).
