Could/Should we have focused more on the state of FL this cycle?

We got a big time commit from there in Kevin Toliver II, but that's it. Yet Florida has completely struck out in the State of FL having 0 4 or 5-star (composite) players and Miami continues to struggle having 0 5-stars and only 4 4-stars.
That leaves 9 5-star prospects which we got 1 and 40 4-star prospects which we got none...and it doesnt seem like we pushed very hard for more than just a couple. I remember the William Sweet and George Campbell sagas earlier this year, but it just doesnt seem like we've really been in it for much of anyone else. All you have to fend off this year is FSU in-state, and we didn't really take advantage. Clemson, Auburn, Alabama, Ohio State hell even WVU capitalized on this, but we really didn't.
Looking like more and more than ever we wont come close to finishing with a full class, should we have focused a little more on Florida? Who is in charge of FL recruiting?

Maybe some of the FL kids didn't have any real interest in LSU?
Corey Raymond working with Frank I would imagine.

Out of 50 kids maybe 3 or 4 really were even interested? I hope we're not that stale of a brand at this point in CFB.

Once again, all the Florida returns aren't in are they? CeCe Jefferson and T Gibson. I think LSU gets the first, not the second.

Man, you'd make a great salesman.
