Yes, and it is the opposite of chill.

Olive or Twist has an awesome happy hour, and they do it all night long Sundays and Mondays. It would be my choice.

Duvics $5 martini night on Wednesdays, all you can drink wine on Tuesdays, $2 shot night on Thursdays.

$5 wells and $2.25 domestics at Penthouse on Mondays and Tuesdays if you're service industry.

Uncle Earls does free drinks 8-10 on Thursdays if you want free drinks, but want to avoid the Tigerland crap.

Corporate Brew and Draft doesn't do a "special", but they offer all of their beers in 5oz pours, so you get to have good quality beer for really cheap.

If they still do it, Pelican House has happiest hour for an hour where every single beer on the wall is $3.50. Even $15 beers.
