How is the crawfish at Crawfish Town USA in Henderson?

Just watched a show where they shared their boiling technique, which included boiling in completely clean water with no seasoning then giving them a separate seasoning soak for a few minutes.

They are decent, still my fav spot is crawfish time on verot in Lafayette.also heard the tap room in river ranch has really good crawfish, but I have never tried them and I'm not sure if they still do it.

Common when boiling very large batches.
