man, that game looks like it could be crazy fun.
if it controls well and has solid online yet doesnt sell well may people forever shut up about Nintendo slapping Mario all over so many genres of games instead of developing new IPs.

Never understood this. Mario sells and they don't sell a new one every year like Call of Duty. They are all quality and they make games that are very different just with the same characters.
