Deer Leases Size Restrictions and Areas

Now that the season is wrapping up for the most part I'm trying to put together a little data. I'm only going to include Louisiana and Mississippi (sorry Arkansas). It is no secret that the area inside the upper sections of the Mississippi Alluvial Valley is known for providing premier habitat for whitetail, so we'll use that in addition to the areas WL&F use as the dividers for the areas. To make it somewhat easier to group the data I'm only going to divide the area into 3 regions (East, Inside, and West).
What does your lease shoot at a minimum on buck restrictions?
- Spread/Main Beam - if so what?
- Total gross measurement in inches
- Age
What was the largest deer killed this season (in inches) on that lease?
What area was is the lease in?
- East, Inside, or West
Areas 1, 5, and 6 will be inside.
Area 3 will be inside
ETA- Open to any other recommendations... also not sure what to do with area 9.

Why is West Carroll by itself?

I've got family land in Franklin. Apparently that area has good deer on it. But I'm more concerned with leveeing the soybean fields than putting up stands

Not everyone at once.... If you want to delete it after you can. As it stands now I have
East - 2
Inside - 2
West - 0
Point/spread - 3 all under 125"
Age - 1 140"
The 140" was killed outside where I would normally consider a premier area on pine timber property (east of I-55). Just trying to see if my preconceived ideas of where I want to be make more of a difference or if management does.

West. Outside the ears. 8pt or better. Has to be bigger than your last. Try to shoot by age more than anything. Manage genetics, not points.
Only one wall hanger a year.
Biggest one this year scored in the 170's.
