Endymion Extravanganza VIP tickets

My buddy is riding this year and got us VIP tickets. It's his first year riding so he's not sure everything that it includes
Could some members or extravanganza vets shed some light on what the VIP tickets included (food, alcohol, where you watch the parade, etc...)
This will be my first time watching it in the dome, looking forward to it.
