Baseball Starters?

The main question marks for me is who starts in the other infield spots besides Bregman. Does Robertson get second base spot and we slide Hale to First? And who ends up getting the third base position? Just want to hear y'all's opinion. Can't wait for the Tigers to be back in Omaha!

1b - Hale
2b - Robertson
3b - Zardon

my opinion of where we start the season, by SEC play it may be different

Does Robertson get second base spot and we slide Hale to First?
quote:By when? Zardon will likely start there. His bat has greatly improved and he's a little more reliable than Deichmann at this point who needs to get used to playing 3B in college which is completely different than HS.
And who ends up getting the third base position?

Has Robertson improved this off season that you know of? Especially at the plate?

Very much so. He was a cape cod all-star. Simplified his swing. He'll likely be in the .275-.290 range

"Playing second base for the Wareham Gatemen, Robertson rediscovered his hitting stroke. In the first 20 games against the best pitching college players can see this side of pro ball, he batted at a .355 clip (22 for 62). A swoon over the final nine games left him at .277 his 32-game season, but didn't undo his recharged confidence."

I like to start off with the veterans at first and work in the freshmen as the season goes along, make them win jobs basically.
We have this luxury in the infield and outfield due to Sciv, Chinea, Hale, Robertson, Bregman, Zardon, Laird, Stevenson and Fraley...and it wouldn't surprise me for a guy like Deichman to win a spot as the season goes along, but at pitcher we gotta start the young bucks because they are by far the most talented guys there.

I hope you're right
I would be nice to have some runners on later in the lineup
