Wow I've been watching it. The coaches LOVE Monty and love playing for him. Ryno saying he is the hardest worker that he has been around. Monty claims that he cries by himself when he is frustrated about us not being a consistent team. Says he wants to bring a championship here.

this only strengthens my fear that firing Monty could hurt the relationship between AD and the organization.
