Is there a time when the I10 bridge is not at a near standstill?

I am working on a project in Plaquemine, and the traffic is God awful, obviously. I just looked at the traffic cams, and they look terrible even at 3 pm. Is this a wreck or general Baton Rouge traffic shenanigans?

DOTD doesn't think that. You can thank the "diverse" neighborhood that political interests protect the exit to.

If not the residents would get off at Dalrymple. They don't want that.

that sadness is two-fold:

1. You're not exaggerating

2. and some LA residents actually think we don't live in a cesspool of corruption and damnation
