New to investing and recently bought 300 shares of LNGLF at 1.81/share. Saw that there is a LNGLY stock and is under the same company. What's the difference and should I be investing more in one than the other? Thanks for any help.

From what I understand, LNGLF is traded on the foreign market (Australia), while LNGLY is traded on the U.S. market at a 4:1 ratio.
I read an article not too long ago that I think said eventually all LF shares will be converted to LY shares, but it didn't set a time table.
If I'm wrong, please someone correct me, but this is what I believe. FTR, I have 500 shares of LF in my portfolio.
