Fence is being repaired. We have the top 3 recruits in LA. In the end, we will probably end up with 9 of the top 10. It doesn't get much better than that.

It will be very, very difficult to come in this state for 2016 and 2017. Teams like Bama are now aware of that.

Pay Ed, Frank, and Corey a kings ransom to stay through the next two years and we will be very happy with the in-state recruiting.

I'm thinking we get 8 but honestly I don't know much about Kirk Merritt

I'll go with 7/10.

We won't get Tillery, Merritt, Charlot. Charlot is the only one of those we 'could' sway.

As long as we get the ones we need and really want, I can live with that. There's no way that any program is going to sign 3-4 blue chip prospects at the same position in the same class, period.

How much does Charlot really love Bama? I think that's the big question.

I know recruiting rankings shouldn't be taken as gospel but it's amazing how deep Louisiana is with talent. The #43, 54, 66, 76, and 94 players in LA are committed to a very respectable Arizona team.

There's more examples like this to multiple power 5 teams. I just stopped looking at 100.

I think 7 might be it, but I'm stumped about Charlot. Of all the guys that LSU is in on, I hear the least about him...good or bad. I know quite a while back he decommitted from Alabama...and since then, crickets related to anybody.

I assume his grades and test score are fine. Usually when a guy just disappears off the radar, there is an academics issue. Love how he played in the allstar game with the 1 PR for a TD and could have easily had another one.

this is an intriguing one, but i get the feeling the question is more how much does LSU really love Charlot? i think they are holding out for a definitive from Dillon, who would come here as a WR, and they don't really want to take 4 at WR this cycle...

Johnson, Jazz, and one out of Charlot and Dillon is all they are looking to take, IMO... not all four...
