Jarrell Martin is soft

Especially on the defensive end. He doesn't work hard to stay in front in man. Seems to depend on Mickey to handle inside D by himself. On offense he settles far too often and is not nearly aggressive enough when he takes it to the hole. Play to your size/strength Martin.

He's a real timid, shy kid and it shows on the court. Hopefully next year he comes back along with Mickey and Jarell is able to defend other teams wings rather then their post players.

Considering he played high school basketball in 1A against the likes of Varnado and Kentwood, this is not a shock. He'll need to come back 1 more year.
