Gotta admit, don't see why the post was seen as threatening enough to land him back in jail. Sounds like a d-bag gangsta wannabe post.

After getting out of jail, Fye hopped on Facebook and posted the following message, accompanied by a picture of himself with middle fingers up:

Prison didn't break me. It MADE me. I'm free. I'm a new man. Don't come at like before. Yes I'm skinny and muscular now. 7 months of working out everyday. Love my real friends and fam. Shout outs to my fam behind bars. I'll see ya when you're time is near! Miss you brothers!

Fye's family says the post was not directed to Fekete, it was aimed at a former friend who threatened Fye.

So, someone got threatened. Not Fekete, but a friend.

Agree.

It seems like FB is an LEO and lawyer gold mine when it comes to criminals and retarded plaintiffs.

Yeah, I saw that, but is this really a threat?

If he would have said something like I'm coming after you, it would still be questionable. There is nothing threatening about what he posted. I agree he should win his appeal.

I think someone was upset when he said prison didn't break him. So they thought they'd see how he'd fare in Round 2.

I'm not great at translating Ebonics, but it sounds like he's trying to avoid confrontation.

I think that's precisely the issue. This is hard to decipher and they were being safer than sorry Now, maybe too safe but that's up the judge in the appeal.
