A friend of mine in San Diego just started this band. They recently released this demo and they have their first gig tomorrow night. Just looking for some opinions. My friend describes them as 80's rock + pop/punk.

They sound alright but not the type of stuff I'm into. Sounds like Sum 41 mixed with 80's hair metal or something.
