Shouldn't they hire an HC first? Don't they think he might want a say in who the OC is?

Of course. It just means the HC is in place and it's a coach in one of the 4 playoff teams (likely Quinn)

I will like Quinn, but I'd like Austin more.
However, I have been worried about OC, and I am glad that they are already getting work done.
