My understanding is that he has a special needs child who is already set up with appropriate medical care in BR and it would be extremely disruptive to "move" the child. But, stranger things have happened. Who knows, CLM could be trying to take the "stress" of coaching off of him by putting him into an administrative, 9-5 type position, to help take care of the child and family. Just a thought. Sometimes family especially your child takes precedence over greed and revenge. Especially when your boss (CLM) is trying to take care of you. Just my opinion, I could be wrong.
