Muschamp leaving Auburn to be DC in Atlanta?

Former Florida DC and current Seahawks DC Dan Quinn is the leading candidate for the Atlanta Falcons head coaching vacancy. Quinn worked under Muschamp in the 2012 season that Florida finished the regular season 11-1 and ranked #3 in the nation. It has been rumored that if Quinn were to be hired as an NFL head coach, Muschamp would be his first option to be his defensive coordinator. It would not be the first time a defensive coordinator jumped ship from an SEC program a month after being hired, following Charlie Strong leaving UF to be the head coach at Louisville, Terryl Austin was named the new defensive coordinator at Florida. He held that position for all of a month before being hired as the Arizona Cardinals defensive coordinator. Should Auburn be worried Muschamp is about to jump ship to the Falcons or whoever wins the Dan Quinn sweepstakes? I say he gone.

That would hurt, but I don't see it. Boom, for all his faults, has always struck me as a stand-up sort of guy. He'd be giving Auburn a hell of a headache if he did that.

I heard Nick Saban to ATL as HC, Kirby as DC, Muschamp as DBs. Malzahn as OC, Miles to coach the OL, and Richt will be the team Chaplain.
