3 does with my bow
1 doe with .35 Whelen
1 10pt and 1 doe with .270

Need to kill another deer but the last 2 weekends all I've seen is young bucks and fawns. Might have to shoot a spike this weekend. Sometimes it's like they are just begging for a bullet.

Also killed 3 hogs (1 bow 2 rifle), 2 coyotes (1 rifle one bow), and a possum (bow @ 35yds from camp porch).

It does need a good cleaning.

I've been waiting for a good opportunity to post that pic. It was kind of a set up. I took that one day when it was raining. I drove down just to check the feeder and make sure hogs hadn't knocked it over. I knew truck hunting or something would come up about the old school camo eventually.

My stand is over my back right shoulder about 30 yards with a clean line of sight to that feeder.

Killed the biggest 7 of my life. He's not that big. But it was on public land so he's big to me.

truck hunting

My dad has killed probably 6 deer in the last 3 years (2 bucks I know of) from his truck, with his blue heeler and sometimes grandkids in the front seat.

I've spent most of the year trying to get others on deer. I have not flung an arrow or pulled a trigger on anything for the first time since I was probably 8.

We started out hunting this beast... he eventually got kilt but a buddy. 168. fml

Balls jr has bagged a couple does and bricked on a couple 8pts.

The better half killed a doe and this jewel

I have a few hunts left and I'm going to try to get something on the ground
