He's on the Stephen A. Smith radio show right now and Booger is a co-host today with Dan Graza. He was asked about his plans for the upcoming year and he jokingly said that he asked for an interview for the DC opening last week but no one called him back.

He said his first act as the DC would be offering the DL coaching job to Booger. Said they may not be able to coach, but they'd recruit like hell.

Without a doubt Clark wants to coach at LSU when his playing days are officially over. Hopefully the opportunity presents itself one day for him.

I'd say 50/50 he ends up in TV or coaching.

Would love for Ryan to start out coaching DBs and work his way up. Man would recruit like hell and continue DBU for a long time

Dude has the money. Come in as GA or some other low paying gig and work his way up

dude's basically an ESPN anchor as an active player, what in the world would make you think he's going to give that up when he retires from the game?

He is one smooth dude in front of a camera and mike. I hope he gets his shot at both.

He may not, but he has made frequent, unsolicited comments about becoming a coach.

It really is crazy the amount of ex-players who think they can come in and be a position coach or coordinator. As previously stated, get a GA gig and learn the other side.

He's got a wife(NFL) and a mistress(ESPN)

He's just flirting with the pretty girls(coaching positions) he comes across

He brings up coaching often when he is on TV and radio. It seems like TV is his back up and he would probably prefer playing or coaching first. I don't think he would take just any coaching job though, knowing that he has that nice ESPN job available.

It has been said by those who coached him that he would make an excellent coach if he chose to coach.

I would love to see him on staff in some capacity in the future, but I also think he has a promising career in media. He is a wonderful ambassador for LSU and I am happy he is a tiger.
