Steel and CoachO as co-coordinator role?

Seems like a likely scenario. Even if they aren't given that title, it will probably operate in such a fashion.

Its basically how the Offense does things, so I dont see why not. I mean its better to have the coaches on staff all working together and on the same page rather than against each other.

Agreed - O will probably be more of an X and O type of guy. I see Steele as having the CEO/management type of role for our defense.

I'm just hoping O knows his X's and O's

If this is true it's only because the current HC and AD make decisions that cause...wait for it...anger and frustration.
