Agreed Steele will be solid, you don't work for Saban and suck. What I don't get is we are bent on our DC coaching a position, that isn't the norm. Most teams have a DC and 3 position coaches.

People are bent because they realize that with our O we have to have a Top 20 D. Don't see much in Steele's background to indicate he can get that done.

I am going to be a little more optimistic. When I first heard, I was underwhelmed, but the more I read, the more I am warming up to it. Without O -6. With O -7.5.
