We'll know in the next couple years.
The issue I have with it is that it just seems to be Les playing it safe yet again. I don't see his desire to be the best. He doesn't get paid to be mediocre. He gets paid to be the best. His program is vanilla and he seems to be ok with this. Frustrating.

He isn't, he has too much history that proves different. He has never been successful and this is like expecting Nick Saban and getting Curley Hallman
