Miles is a clown that is holding this program back, and should be fired, right? Problem is, the past record is just a tiny bit too good to fire him now. Chances are, his recruiting and support staff are good enough to make a change almost impossible short term.

As much as I hate Miles, I still want the program to do well. That sentiment is shared by many so-called "negatigers". The conundrum is that most of us realize we are stuck with Miles like him or not. Might as well hope for the best.

Misuderstood what you were saying, thought you meant that those of us who are tired of Miles are rejoicing over this hire, Man I am not Rejoicing, not at all
