"He's a great recruiter". No, he's really not.
"He coached under Saban." This means absolutely nothing - he coached under Saban in 2007 and 2008, was hired by Clemson in 2009, and was then fired four years later because his defenses were atrocious.
This is truly an embarrassing hire.
