A pair of best-friend sheriff's deputies say their boss demoted and suspended them after he found out the two had moved in with one another’s wives, according to a lawsuit that revealed a series of soap opera-like affairs in a northeastern Louisiana parish.

They were fired under an "immorality" clause but claim they were unjustly singled out given that [they allege]:
quote:

other potentially immoral acts by deputies in Bossier Parish that went unpunished, including a male deputy living as husband to his daughter-in-law, a female deputy “engaging in lesbian acts” with another deputy’s wife, and a male deputy who hired a prostitute, according to the suit. There was also another deputy who, together with his wife, were “swingers” who swapped partners, according to the plaintiffs.

Oh those NoLa baptists.
The story is unlinkable, here is a less detailed writeup: LINK

Did they accuse everyone in the court of suppressing natural homosexual tendencies?

I read about this in the inquisitor. It's a crazy story.

Guys are best friends since child hood. Both them and there wives decided to switch it up as the aged the wives changed houses with the two friends. All parties were Kosher and happy with the switch up.

And then Bossier fires them. I don't know what authority Bossier has to tell its deputy's who they can divorce and remarry. Seems like the cops will win this one.

I'm not sure that starting out by slinging mud against every other employee in the BPSO is the best legal strategy. Especially if some of those allegations turn out to be just rumors.

Just to avoid confusion, NorLa would be better. Or NWLa.
