It would require trading Drew Bree's away. Would you do it?

Absolutely.

The first 8-10 games of the season are the only ones that really matter anyway.

For those watching tonight it's clear brees's arm is far superior at this point. Sad to say but manning is toast. Both QB's can be still be effective but they should be in a run based offense. But the coaches don't seem to be a fan of that. Either way if both were to be free agents Brees would be the first choice

He's better in those games than Brees anyway

Brees underthrows receivers, manning was over throwing them

Manning looked awful dude. Denvers entire offense is superior talent wise than ours as well. Playing a bad colts D at home 13 pts is unacceptable. Brees had a rough year obviously but mannings last 3 games have been an embarassment. I think Osweiler would be doing better.

Think about what you want to talk about before you say it. Same logic applies to creating threads. So stupid

Andrew (Drew) Bree is an Irish swimmer*. What's he got to do with trading for Peyton Manning?
Besides, today was the last time anyone will see Peyton Manning as an active NFL QB, he's on to his retirement.

Andrew Luck. Can you believe the colts? One terrible season to get their next franchise QB.

You serious Clark? Why would we want someone with an even weaker arm?

I agree, and Brees arm strength looked perfectly fine to me especially on intermediate throws. Back when he was younger his deep ball never looked that good and Henderson was always having to stop and come back. A Colston and Henderson both in their prime was just too tough a matchup and DH would get so much separation an under thrown pass would still be a big gain. This year was all about bad decisions, age hasn't caught up to Brees like so many think. I do think 2016 is the year to draft a QB high and let him sit 2-3 years
