Spinoff.... Do you think that you are too impaired to drive at .13

The law is .08... That's about two beers for most here.im assuming most would blow .13 after about 5-6 beers... Does the OT think they are impaired to the point that they cannot drive?
I am as guilty as anyone of driving after a few beers at the bar... Been lucky a few times.
However, I probably have 3-4 beers at the bar and drive home a few times a week.
Am I the worst? Should I be in jail?

I blew a 0.14 during a training volunteer thing and I felt fricked up hard. Took me about 8 shots to get there. No way I could have driven.

Granted AZ has the harshest penalties for DUI offenders... But my question is... Do you think you can safely operate a vehicle at .13?

It's easier to say no when you're sober, but the issue is over-confidence once you do get drunk. A lot of people think they are invincible and can do anything. Mostly drive and fight.

I'm kind of shocked with the majority of responses that anyone who has a couple drinks and drives is a low life piece of shite... I actually thought a higher percentage of people would have done this before

The average man will blow about a 0.13 after 6-7 drinks. If anyone says they can safely drive a car on a public road after that, then they are liars.
3-4? I dunno. You might be OK depending on how big you are. I wouldn't be and it sounds like you're asking for trouble.

Depends on what I've been drinking. Liquor seems to make me feel more drunk than beer. I can drink a ton of beer and feel fine. I'll have a couple of scotch and waters and feel buzzed after two.

NO, I have never. I am not stupid and respect others more than the trash who kill innocent people because they only had "a few."
