He deleted his Twitter some time yesterday after posting a screemshot of a text message conversation. Supposedly he Claimed he was hacked, and deleted it shortly after. I don't know details, just that its gone.

I think its obvious that his contract is designed in manner that makes a restructure relieve cap space. So, yes, he will. However, if he is convicted, he may not play for the Saints again.
