Back to Qpon, he can really help this team. He doesn't have to be a star. Just play D, give us solid minutes and give us offense when needed

Jimmer will fill in for a game or two maybe until we sign a vet. Poor guys is just a convenient whipping boy. He is good at it and won't complain so he won out over Rivers. We have enough talent that he would be fine as our last guy, for team unity if anything. Occasionally, we can give him some floor to see if he can give a spark. It is a win if you don't ask him to do much.

QPon needs to rediscover his game after his injury.

He wasn't all that good before he got hurt last season.

He seemed to be riding high off of his WCF performance coming in to last season, so going in to last season he said all of these weird things about expanding his game and bitching about how low his rating was in NBA2K (yes this really did happen ).

He came out and just tried to do too much. Joerger started to play him less and less because of how he was playing. Then about 10 games in or so QPon had a game where he finally started knocking down shots, which led to talking shite to the coach during the game about how he needs to play him more. It was a really awkward scene apparently. Then he got hurt.

We all got super excited when he looked really good in the preseason, but it was more of the same once the season started.

He will have one game where it looks like he turning it around then he'll go on a 5 game slump posting a bunch of zero's in the box score.

One of monty's strengths is connecting with players.

He has many flaws but that's one definite strength he has.

Change of scenery might help too.

Like I've said I hope that is just the case with him and he doesn't have what we call in Memphis "Sam Young disease."

Sam Young came out of nowhere to be an amazing role player in the playoffs when we beat the Spurs in the first round and took OKC to 7 in the next round. That next season he played like a guy who thought he was way better than he actually is and now I think he is out of the league.

Fun Bunch QPon back to Pels Q had developed into a good player. He hasn't been playing well for a bit now though. He's the kind of player that could be very useful.
