Best pregame spot for the game tonight?

I know about happys and walk ons obviously, but I was wondering what's a good spot around the stadium. I've heard Borgne mentioned on here for happy hour. Anyone with experience?

Blind Pelican on St. Charles. It's not walking distance but 25¢ oysters and happy hour is great stuff

John Besh has a corner on the pregame market for Pels game, IMO.
Borgne, Luke, or Domenica are all legit for a pregame spot. Great happy hour specials and all walking distance to the Arena, as long as you arent a lazy POS. Borgne would be the best since it's the closest and it will be pretty cold tonight.

Juan's has 1 dollar PBR (yuck) and 2 dollar Tecate. Also burritos are $$$$.
