To put it into better terms, he just became the DC at UNC. It's not like he is looking for a new situation to get into after being somewhere for a few years.

It's not official yet. Nothing on the UNC site. They have an agreement in principle but nothing further because UNC is doing a background check or something, due to the issues UNC has had with their athletics academics.
