Some of their descriptions are downright hilarious:

Think Rage Against the Machine meets Umphrey’s McGee meets Muse meets Daft Punk.

and the McLovins having the cover song of the year? Is that a joke?

No mention of the Disco Biscuits- who had a major resurgence this year, or Joe Russo's Almost Dead - who took the hambland scene by storm with their ferocious take on the sacred GD catalogue. Also STS9 had positive reviews on their new Murph-less lineup.

All they did for the NYE part was name the big bands.

MPP2 as show of the year is acceptable, but I might switch it out with Halloween.

I could be wrong, but I don't think they are ranked within each category.

The lack of love for JRAD is pretty shocking though. But these articles are always focused towards the StinkyFingaz of the scene.
