Guy said he was with Publisher's Clearing House. At that point I said I wasn't interested and hung up.
Did I frick up? Did I just turned down a million dollars?

This is a long standing tactic by publishers clearing house. They want to give the money to people who seem excited to get it, so they call from a goofy number like that. If you stay on the line they know you'll make good TV or a commercial.

I got a call from Jamaica yesterday. Didn't answer it, looked up the number on PrivacyStar and saw other people had looked it up too. Figured it was a scam.
