My back decided to lock up on me and I've been having spasms all day (probably the result of my workout yesterday). I'm having difficulty moving around and I currently have an ice pack on the area. What's the best way to deal with them and how long does it usually take for them to stop? TIA

Maybe some somas? I'm not a doctor but that's what I would try.
