Really refreshing to hear him preach recruiting and development. Funny to hear him talk about eligibility. And testing kids for "learning disabilities" to get them eligible. The man is smart and needs to be recrootin for LSU

Hire him now. Put him in an admin role and then elevate him to a coaching position when one opens up if you have to. We can't let him get away and be on another SEC school's staff.
