Was looking at purchasing season tickets for possibly the rest of this year, and years to come after that. I was wondering what PT thought of season tickets as a whole being that I live in BR.

Basically talk me in to or out of season tickets. I want to hear what yall got!

you get 2 free beers at beer garden every game and for the crap games, if they have them available your rep will sometimes give you an upgrade to the lower bowl

I would say don't buy them from the team to support the team. We need Monty gone.

Still go

If you go to most of the games get em, you get some free perks like the beer garden before games where you can get 2 free draft beers and some popcorn and pretzels. They also do promotions and team visit kinds of stuff throughout the year for season ticket holders

Tldr; I like them

Any suggestions on the club seats and how their values compare to the money that you would spend for the higher one? Such as how does Club C compare to Club B in your opinion.

This is my first year as a full STH. I'm driving in from Ponchatoula for every game (about 1 HR and 15 minutes with traffic and parking, only about 50 minutes to get home). It's a lot when you have to travel that far. I wish I lived closer because I enjoy going to the games, but I have to rush home from work to make it in time, and then don't get home until 10:30 ish. I don't mind so much after a big win, but sucks that much worse after bad losses.

I'll likely be reverting back to the 12 game weekend package next year. I'd start with that and pick up a few extra games off stubhub to get a feel for the travel and go from there.

I suggest calling Gena Boudreaux and talking to her about it. She will take care of you and will not blow smoke up your arse.

My opinion? It's certainly worth it. The Pelicans do a great job of taking care of their STHs. The free beer and snacks before the game is great, but it's the personal touches. Do you have a child? They will schedule a meet and greet with Pierre, the dancers, etc. Want to meet the players or take a tour of the facilities? How about sitting in on the radio broadcast of the games? All of these things have been offered to us, just for being a STH.

Location. I got upgraded to club C for the Jazz game. About 8-10 rows behind me would have been D.

If you got the money, go for it. But it's a matter of a few rows higher/lower or 1 section farther/closer to midcourt.

I love my rep (Tim). I love my tickets. I hate our coach.

The latter will be rectified eventually. The quicker you get in, the better seats you'll have. You also get 10% off all the concessions/merchandise in the arena, free beers before the game.

Assuming at some point we're the perennial playoff team we're supposed to be with AD, you'll be glad you got in now. The 1.5 seasons we've been relevant actually put butts in the seats. We will get there again.

From what I hear the ticket reps we employ are second to none! haha But I will check into what they have to say and see what they suggest! Whats the deal regarding the buy back program and trade in program?

you sell back 5 games and they deduct that price from your package next season. You can also swap out tickets for some games for others. Say you can't make a Tuesday game against the Rockets, but you want to bring a couple of people to a Saturday game against the Nuggets. If tickets are available, they will often switch out the game for you.

Like I said, they make it a point to take care of their season ticket customers. My daughter loves the dancers. My Rep gets her the real pom poms, scheduled a chance to go to the court and watch the girls practice, etc. You get more than just the games, imo.

Also, if you choose, they will charge your CC 12 monthly payments, so you aren't paying a big chunk up front.

This is exactly why I wanted to ask yall what your opinion was for things such as this. I had an idea they took care of season ticket holders, but I was kind of wondering what the extra perks were such as this!

Greatly Appreciated

If you talk to Gena, tell her you want Evil Pierre and King Cake Baby ASAP! she will get a kick out of it. I have been bugging her non stop about losing our beloved Pierre.

Honestly, you get out of the extra perks the amount of effort you put into it. Normally, if you ask, they can help. I just personally don't use the perks as often for lack of kids etc.

Find 4 people to go in on two tickets. That way you split the cost and you aren't obligated to attend every game. You could even get better seats since the cost is offset with 4 people paying for 2 seats

In a group of 3 that bought a 12 game package of 4 tickets and I live in BR. I would honestly say you can pick up tickets on StubHub pretty easily.

We sit in club section and it is pretty nice. Enjoy the bars under the seats. We never go in the main concourse anymore.

It hurts pretty bad to try and sell tickets to a game you cannot make online and a $100 ticket sells for $28. If we start winning more and games are more in demand, it may help this out a la Saints games recently. But in reality, I can't see the demand being there to keep the pricing up.
