I'd agree if we were talking about our feature back. We're talking about getting a player to help us win in the next 3 years. Also, he still has elite speed.
We need him to pick up 1st downs and break the occasional big play. There would also be no learning curve

It would be cool to have a #25 Bush on both offense and defense.

Nope. Only one player can wear a number on an NFL team. If Rafael Bush is still here next year, Bush would have to switch numbers.
