How would you feel about Co-Defensive Coord with Haley/Coach O?

Not saying this will by any means happen, but in a what if scenario?
I'd say I'd be good for both with Haley learning from Chavis and O being a hard nosed defensive guy. One of them could take over D-Line duties and the recruiting would be an instant upgrade. What Says the rant?

I never have understood how "co-coordinators" work. Some guy has to have the final say.

Share of responsibilities?
. It seems to be the trend in college football right now. TCU, FSU, Ohio State, Arizona, Michigan State, KSU, Moo State, Mississippi, and Auburn all have co coordinators on either the offensive or defensive side of the ball. Oklahoma did too...but that ended recently
