#HeGone
Waiting on the head coaching trickle effect to see who might be a replacement available.

Switch to a 4-3

Or maybe we just keep him for another year, and give him a chance to hire his own guys.

Thread stream from Chad becoming deafening.

And it is quite but if he had had enough of Rob I can't imagine why he would be waiting this long to fire him.
If he can fire the WR coach by now he certainly would have fired RR.

hes confirming his replacement options, i thought we went over this already. The lack of confirmation of Rob's job status is quite evident at this point.

Since when has Payton been the type to wait and see. This administration has always been one of those that if they were going to terminate/cut someone they did it as soon as they made the decision to give that coach/player that best opportunity to catch on somewhere else.

My feeling is that all coaching terminations/decisions have been made.

Its a open market for most coaches right now and we don't have a opening for DC as of today. So they won't consider the job here until there is a opening. If CSP on the other hand is waiting for a coach that is still in the playoffs to hire I doubt he's able to even talk to them and all the while stringing along Rob while DC positions are filled around the league?
Doesn't sound like the way CSP does business to me

Nope. Ryan will get a 3rd year to prove which year was the anomaly

Payton has not confirmed Ryan's job status with the organization next year. They let it be known that the previous firings weren't an end all be all nor describe or confirm any other intent with Rob.

Truly, I have seen enough.

Several of those 3rd and long situations this year plus that 4th and 10 where Kaepernick completed that like 45 yard pass are unforgivable.
