A purely hypothetical off season thread

If miles were to leave tomorrow would you be OK with this scenario?
Promote Cam to HC. Hire Pendergast as DC. Promote Wilson to OC/Recruiting coordinator and bring in Orgeron as either DL or LB coach and assistant head coach.
Why or why not? What other realistic changes would you make to the staff considering the current layout in the college football world?
If you wouldn't promote Cam who would you pick to lead this team?
