First off, Cox sucks yes I know but it's them or Eatel. Anyway, is it going extremely slow for anyone else tonight?

yes, mine at time is working perfect, then other times it goes EXTREMELY slow.

It's been slow as shite and going on and off the past two weeks.

It's weird...at random times, usually at night, it just goes out for a minute or two possibly several times. No one else really notices except for me when I'm doing something in WoW. 
I also get random bad latency spikes but that might be different.
