Anyone ever bought steaks there, and if so how does it work? Will they sell to the public?

Pretty sure you have to have catering license to buy from them. Not sure tho. I've gotten stuff from them before but I had a family friend order it for me.

Pretty sure they sell to public, you just have to pay your taxes.
If they won't sell to you, I'll be happy to order your steaks under my account for you. Just lemme know.

Thanks. How are their prices usually? I ate a ribeye from there that was so tender you can cut it with a fork. Do they sell whole racks or sliced steaks?

Have gone many times and they sold directly to me. I think they will cut your steaks too.

They do sell to the public. There is a product listing at the front desk and you order from that.

Friend turned me on to their Tender Tails. It is the end pieces of the tenderloin that are not pretty enough to sell to restaurants. Normally 2-3 Filet tails are vacuum sealed in individual packs and sold in 10 lb boxes.

Yes they sell to the public, if you know what you want call in advance a (12 16oz choice rib eyes) they will have it ready and individually vac sealed when you get there, they don't take credit cards

Also if you know someone with a commercial account get them to order it for you, they get better than retail prices

Also if you have a decent sized order they will deliver it to you
