Baylor and tcu are both better than half the playoff teams

Committee needs ousted. I'm glad baylor and tcu are putting on a clinic. They both will end up ranked higher than the 2 losing playoff teams.

Sparty has a comeback in them IMO. They have had some good chances where they haven't taken advantage.
They need to make a move soon

You don't know if they are better than the playoff teams, but it is a complete sham that Ohio St was moved ahead of TCU when they were #3 and won by 52 points in their last game.

This was a weird year. But I honestly think the playoff has made things more competitive. On a regular year, teams lose focus because they can't see themselves getting in the title game over Alabama and undefeated defending champ Florida State. With the playoff, we saw fewer losses in the final weeks in the Top 10.

This current system is better because the debate is about which team is #4 and which is #5. Far better than Which is #2 and which is #3. In this current system, Auburn wouldn't have gotten screwed in 2004 and OU would have gotten their arse kicked before they could embarrass themselves vs USC.

2 teams will lose. They will drop behind these dominant teams. Did you watch fsu all year? Did you watch osu against vt and psu amongst others? I'm guessing those will be the two who drop.

Yep. TCU played the fourth best team in the SEC, while Baylor got to play number three in the Big Ten. Michigan State would lose to Aggie.
