I need an easy way to root and rom my galaxy s3

Lately my battery life has been crap and the battery is only a few months old. It has also been laggy and just running slow. It also seems difficult to charge. I cleaned out the charging port with some alcohol and will see if that helps. Any other suggestions. The phone is in great shape and I don't get a new one at this time.

The Galaxy phones have gotten shittier and shittier in my experience.
The early Galaxy phones were awesome on gingerbread, but Samsung's shitty ICS updates fricked up everything.
Search for your carrier on XDA and load Cyanogenmod on it.
I just purchased an unlocked 32 GB Fire Phone after having a Galaxy S2 for 2 1/2 years and I actually love it. Dont see what all the issues are. Sure no google play store, but you can pretty much sideload everything you need.
