Haley is getting hotter. The younger chick's boobs are getting even bigger, but so is the rest of her. Check out her mom on TMZ. Not a good sign for her adulthood.

I just can't get over how stupid Haley's storyline is. 21-year-old who is stuck at home for college? she needs to be on meth or at least be an unstable slut. she just needs to be even more of a loser
