How much are you willing to pay Orgeron to coach D-line?

Haley makes 380k and I think will make 400k next year.

If Orgeron wants a higher position but is willing to settle as d-line coach for a higher salary, how much are you willing to pay to get him on the staff and have him recruiting?

450k? 500k? Higher?

Probably 600 to 800k... His impact would be felt immediately

Whatever it takes.

The landscape has changed and top guys cost top dollar.

If we don't someone else will.

Big money just for his recruiting alone

He'd absolutely kill it in LA

If we get CP at 1.25 and Ed O at 750k, that's 2M well spent dollars IMO

Orgeron still thinks he should have been given the USC job - he wants to be a head coach somewhere. Getting him as a coordinator would be a stretch. Getting him as a position coach is a pipe dream.
