Bash all you want, but many of you have no idea what we're losing (Chavis). It's a double edged sword for a top DC: great facilities and tremendous in-state talent, but you'll always be called on to carry our mediocre offense and bail their arse out. If the defense doesn't dominate, LSU - under Les - will not win in the long run.

No team has seen a title with Chavis as DC since the 90s. I think others have managed without him. LSU will be fine and won two titles without him.
